Definitions and Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the 299db platform and its user ("Member" or "you"). 299db is an online gaming and entertainment platform operated for players in Bangladesh. These Terms apply in both English and Bengali, however the Bengali version shall be considered final.

The following definitions are used throughout this document:

• "Platform" — The 299db website, applications and all related services.
• "Member" — Any registered user who holds a valid 299db account.
• "Wallet" — The Member's financial balance and credits on the platform.
• "Bonus Funds" — Credits granted as promotions that carry their own wagering requirements.
• "Bet" — A real-money wager placed to participate in any game or event.

Eligibility and Registration

To register with 299db and use the platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be 21 years of age or older. Registration and use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited. 299db reserves the right to verify age and may request identity documents in cases of doubt.

2.2 One Account Policy

Only one account is permitted per person, household, device or IP address. Any attempt to create multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed and balances may be forfeited.

2.3 Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Providing false or misleading information will result in account cancellation and deposited funds will not be returned. If your information changes, you must notify the support team immediately.

Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login details (username and password) confidential. You must not allow anyone else to use your account. Any unauthorized access must be reported to our support team immediately.

3.2 KYC Verification

For withdrawal requests and transactions above a certain amount, 299db may ask you to complete an identity verification (Know Your Customer — KYC) process. This may require submission of a national ID card, passport or other government-issued documents. Withdrawals will be on hold until KYC is completed.

3.3 Account Inactivity

An account with no activity for 365 consecutive days will be marked as inactive. For the policy on inactive account balances, please contact the support team. To reactivate your account, contact support.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

Accepted methods for depositing funds into 299db are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (per method). Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted — the depositor's name must match the name on the 299db account.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals can only be made to the same method used for the deposit. Withdrawals may be held until all active bonus wagering requirements have been met.

4.3 Currency and Conversion

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). 299db does not charge any currency conversion fee — however your bank or mobile banking provider may apply separate charges.

Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus up to ৳20,000 on their first deposit. To receive this bonus, a minimum deposit of ৳100 is required and any applicable bonus code must be entered correctly at the time of account creation.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25x (twenty-five times) — meaning you must wager 25 times the bonus amount before withdrawing. For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place ৳25,000 in wagers before withdrawing. Slot games generally contribute 100% towards wagering; other games may contribute at a different rate.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus can only be received once per account.
• The time limit to meet wagering requirements is 30 days from the date the bonus is activated.
• If requirements are not met within the time limit, the bonus funds will be forfeited, however the original deposit will be returned.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — it can only be used for wagering.

5.4 VIP and Cashback Program

299db has a five-tier VIP program. Members can move up through tiers based on regular activity. Each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 0.8% weekly cashback

Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play

All games on 299db are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Each game outcome is entirely independent and is not influenced by previous results. 299db conducts regular audits to ensure fair play.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a game is left incomplete due to a server outage, disconnection or software error, 299db will attempt to refund the bet for that round. However, a refund may not be possible if system logs are unavailable. 299db is not liable for such incidents.

6.3 Collusion and Cheating

Colluding with other players, using bots, running scripts or gaining any kind of technical advantage is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately and all balances will be forfeited.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 299db platform:

• Creating or using multiple accounts.
• Creating or operating an account using another person's identity.
• Playing games using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence.
• Any form of money laundering or illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to hack the platform's systems or find vulnerabilities.
• Attempting to obtain bonuses using false information (bonus abuse).
• Threatening another member or engaging in inappropriate behaviour.
• Assisting minors in using the platform.

Limitation of Liability

299db provides its services on an "as is" basis and accepts no liability for the following:

• Financial losses caused by internet disconnection.
• Software errors from third-party game providers.
• Access to your account by authorised or unauthorised third parties.
• Temporary service suspension due to changes in government regulations.
• Service disruptions caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters, war or pandemics.

In any circumstance, 299db's maximum liability will be limited to the amount of your net deposits over the preceding 30 days.

Privacy and Data Protection

299db uses SSL encryption and modern data protection technology to safeguard your personal information. Your data is not sold or transferred to third parties, however it may be shared in the following cases:

• To government authorities when required by legal obligation.
• To authorised financial institutions for payment processing.
• To authorised verification service providers for KYC purposes.

Account Closure

13.1 Closure by Member

You may request to close your account at any time. If there are no pending bets or incomplete wagering requirements at the time of the request, any outstanding balance will be returned.

13.2 Closure by 299db

299db may close an account for the following reasons:

• Violation of these terms.
• Providing false identity documents or information.
• Suspicion of money laundering.
• Fraudulent use of bonuses.
• Legal or regulatory reasons.

If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, bonus balances and forfeited funds will not be returned. However, an attempt will be made to return any legitimate real money deposits unless they are under investigation.
